While searching for inspiration I found an article that included a 30min treadmill workout from Barry's Bootcamp (Sandra Bullock and Khloé Kardashians trainer). I printed it out as a pdf-file and although it's very detailed which means it could be too much to keep track off during an actual workout, I'm gonna give it a try today.
Maybe this could help in my quest of running a 5k under 30min June 1st.
While searching I also found an article that described something much easier. Put your favourite music on, do a proper warm-up, set the timer on 30min and then jog during one song, walk fast during one song and so on. Do that 2-3 times the first week and then next week walk during one song but jog during two songs. And then keep on making the workout harder and harder.
